  1. What company is used to ship orders?

Orders within the US and Canada are shipped via USPS.  Once we ship your order, we’ll email you the tracking number.  Packages can then be tracked at www.usps.com

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and Paypal

 

  1. How can I add a discount on my order?

If you received a discount code from the Inspired Basics, the code can be entered on the checkout page. 

 

  1. Which countries do we ship to?

We ship within the continental US, US territories, Alaska, Hawaii.  We also ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

 

  1. How long does delivery take? 

US: Your order should be delivered within 4 to 7 business days following order confirmation.

  1. What do you charge for shipping and handling? 

US orders are subject to a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $4.95--we offer free shipping on US orders over $45. 

 

  1. How can I track my package? 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Simply go to www.usps.com to track your package.  Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is updated.

 

  1. How do I return or exchange an item purchased?

  1. Will I be charged sales tax? 

We are required by law to collect sales or other applicable taxes, based on the order’s shipping address. Inspired Basics follows state guidelines for determining taxes.  The tax amount displayed during the checkout process is an estimate and is labeled accordingly.
